Heard That, we launched!

On February 9th, 2023 we officially launched Heard That We Help. With the help of our community, we raised more than $8,000 to support us in our mission of getting youth involved in hockey!

Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center

In the Spring of 2022, Mitch partnered up with local business, Jupmode, for a special Heard That t-shirt sale. Using his name, image, and likeness to create this shirt, $10 from every sale went to the Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center in Toledo, Ohio.

“More than 3 million children witness violence each year and I wanted to do something locally to step forward and make an impact on the lives of children in our community.

Thanks to everyone who supported the cause, we were able to raise nearly $7,000 to give back.”

Ronald McDonald House Charities

In the fall of 2022, Mitch partnered with RMHC to raise money for the families of sick children in NWO.

To kick it off, he launched a new shirt sale with Jupmode. So far, these shirt sales have raised more than $1,500 for RMHC.

In addition to the shirt sale, Heard That We Help partnered with Jupmode in December to organize a toy drive. With the help of Toledoans, we were able to collect and donate all the toys pictured on the right to families under the Ronald McDonald care.
